Do your joints hurt?
Do you have stiff hands? Weak knees? An aching back?
How about your neck? Does it hurt to look from side to side when you drive?
You may have tried ibuprofen, aspirin, pain relieving creams or rubs. They may have helped ...or maybe not. But, anyway, the bottom line is: you are still looking.
Maybe what you have been taking has been working, but, it isn't natural joint pain relief. Are you are worried about the long term side effects?
Whatever the reason that brought you here, you'll be glad you came.
What Is Cetyl Myristoleate?
- Cetyl Myristoleate is an all-natural medium chain fatty acid.
- Clinical experience shows that CM complex is an effective anti-inflammatory and lubricant for damaged joints.

- Cetyl Myristoleate is a unheralded natural joint pain reliever.
Why Didn't My Doctor Recommend Cetyl Myristoleate?
Cetyl Myristoleate is a natural compound showing promise for natural joint pain relief* and requires no prescription to buy it. It is not a drug. Therefore there is no need for doctors to prescribe it.
Furthermore, doctors often know very little about CM complex because their education is focused on pharmaceutical drugs and surgery. Natural remedies are left to alternative and complimentary professional.
What does it do?
- Lubricates the joints & muscles
- Rebuilds cartilage
- Immune system modulator (builds the immune system)
- Interrupts the inflammatory processes
"Cetyl

It has also been reported to be effective in decreasing joint inflammation in Osteo Arthritis and Rheumatoid
Arthritis, Gout, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Reiter's Syndrome, Sjogren's
syndrome, Psoriasis, and various types of back pain.
Cetyl Myristoleate is also very useful in relieving joint discomfort following exercise.
It helps to nourish and maintain the natural lubricating fluid in joints and cartilage.
What Are The Side Effects?
Cetyl Myristoleate has been studied at the U.S. National Institutes for Health for more than 25 years and there have been no side effects to report, ...aside from providing natural joint pain relief*, decrese in joint inflammation and stiffness, and joint range of motion.
Recently, clinical application studies were conducted by a San Diego Clinic showed
- No harmful short or long term effects were ever observed in humans or in laboratory animals, even in extremely high doses.
- It is not habit-forming and contains no harsh chemicals or drugs that can cause side effects.
It works in a natural manner by acting at the site of joint inflammation; is highly resistant to oxidation; has a relatively long life in the body.
The participants of the study reported in Cetylated Fatty Acids Improve Knee Function in Patients with Osteoarthritis, Journal of Rheumatology, 2002,continued with their prescribed medication while using CM complex (known as CFA), for the test.

painfree56@lycos.com writes from The Arthritis & Glucosamine Information Center:
There are a lot of fabulous stories about Cetyl Myristoleate (also known as CMO or CM complex) floating across the Internet. Mine is one of them.
If you are new to the idea of Cetyl Myristoleate as a possible option for natural joint pain relief, you will be interested in reviewing the ratings and reviews from those who have used it in their treatment of arthrits.
Revolution Health is an online service that can aid in considering treatments options. I quote from thier article: Arthritis Natural Pain Relief: Cetyl Myristoleate
Research has proven that CM8 is an effective arthritis natural pain relief remedy. Two clinical studies have reinforced the validity of the component. An independent clinical research study was performed in 1997 by Dr. H. Siemandi, M.D., on the claims of Dr. Diehl as published in the March 1994 issue of the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the prestigious peer review journal of the American Pharmaceutical Association and the American Chemical Society. This trial confirmed Dr. Diehl's findings of the success of CM8.
A second Independent Clinical Trial, performed by the San Diego Clinic Immunological Center, entitled "Clinical Study On Cetylmyristoleate (CM8) vs Arthritis" further confirmed the findings of both Dr. Diehl and Dr. Siemandi, and quantified the dosage and conditions for successful treatment of arthritis using CM8, and identifying conditions which might inhibit its effectiveness. The complete results of this Independent Clinical Research Trial in their entirety can also be found on the Harry Diehl website.

It would be good to know an alternative as I hate taking tablets. Throughout my life I have tried to steer clear of them but the cosmic joker got out his joke book and slammed me with a humdinger! I am now a rattle (smiley). Here in the UK, if I can persuade my doctor to prescribe them, I would not have to pay anything as we diabetics get all our medications for free. I hear this may be the case in the US in the near future. Oh and by the way thanks for becoming a fan. Now that you are following me you may wish to review my profile again and see that I have suggested a radical approach that the US Government could take up to help prevent Diabetes. Perhaps you could put a Hub together linking your solution to pain with the Diabetic Pandemic.
I look forward to getting the information on the Solpadol substitute. Good to chat. Ciao.
Humagaia,
I know something that has been proven to help with diabetes neuropathy that would work wonders with the Solpadol you take. It was proven effective and published in the Journal of Rheumatology. And it only costs a one time cost of about sixty bucks.
I currently take 8 30/500mg caplets of Solpadol a day (30mg Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate, 500mg Paracetamol) to alleviate neuropathy pain brought on by Type II Diabetes. Although not specifically mentioned in your article, which I found very informative, they may be effective in neuropathy-pain relief as this type of pain is related to arthritic pain. I do not know if this natural medication is available in the UK, where I am based, but I shall certainly try to find out. Keep up the good work - it will help us all.
As I have half those diseases this is a very in interesting hub. I will check out their website. Thanks.
